Thank you for visiting Renee Wiggins Design. I hope you enjoy my ever changing one-of-a-kind glasswork designs and unique line of jewelry. Many of my glass beads and items are created much like other media artists create work; they are as individual as the creative process is, and because they are handmade, no two glass pieces are alike.

I take pride in my work and designs, and ensure my glasswork is always kiln annealed properly for lasting durability and strength.

Payment and Return Policies:

Payment:

I offer a convenient PayPal shopping cart on this site, but if you don't have a PayPal account, that's ok, PayPal works with you! Payments are made securely through PayPal using your preferred method of payment, weather it's your credit card, debit card, or checking account.

If you'd rather not use PayPal's service, I'll be happy to take your order through an email, and will gladly accept a Money Order for payment.

Refunds and Exchanges:

I want to make sure my designs meet your expectations. Please contact me if for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase. I can offer a refund or comparable exchange (if available), minus any shipping costs on items that have not been damaged or worn. Requests for refunds, etc. will be honored within 10 days of receipt of your package. Because the nature of my work is custom, many of my designs (including use of color) is available only as a one-of-a-kind piece. Therefore, I may not be able to offer a similar item in an exchange, or be able to provide the same colors in the future.

Please see the "Sizing Your Ring" section to ensure you get the proper fit for your unique ring. If you find your ring needs to be exchanged, please contact me with your new size within the 10 day exchange policy.

Shipping Policy:

All domestic and international orders feature the convenience of a trackable number on every package. Keeping shipping costs as low as possible is my priority, so I ship via USPS. Check below for specific shipping information and pricing.

Domestic Shipping Information:

I ship items with the utmost care and always pack items very securely. Your package will be shipped within 2-3 business days via USPS, and shipping costs are a flat rate of $4.95.
** If I'm able to ship at a cheaper rate with delivery confirmation, I'll refund the difference at ship time.

International Shipping Information:

I welcome and ship orders internationally! I ship within 2-3 business days of your order, and provide you with secure shipping with a trackable number using USPS Express Mail service*. This method usually offers the fastest shipping, and most international orders arrive within 5 days. International Express shipping charges start at $28. At this time, I do not ship via alternative couriers or methods unless you have your own shipping account, such as FedEx or UPS, and your preferred method must have tracking options.

* If you are a returning international customer, or would like to mention a party that referred you, please contact me for other shipping services that might be available as a courtesy.
